Call Forwarding redirects incoming calls to another number or voicemail. There are 5 Call Forwarding options

Press the Blue [Superkey] & press # until "Call Forwarding" appears in the display, press * for yes.

Select the Call Forward required.

The Call Forwarding options are: -

Always - all calls go straight to the call forward number, your phone will not ring.
Busy Ext - External calls will forward when you are on a call.
Busy Int - Internal calls will forward when you are on a call.
NA Ext - External calls will forward after your phone has rung several times.
NA Int - Internal calls will forward after your phone has rung several times.

Press * to review & * to program. Now enter the call forward number (voicemail is 35100).
Press the down arrow key to save.

To program the next Call Forward type press # or the Blue [Superkey] to exit.

To activate the call forward, use the labelled pre-programmed keys.

Pressing any of the Call Forwarding keys activates that Call Forward is active.

Press the key again to turn off.

Note: 'CF Always' overrides the 'Busy' and 'NA' call forwards, when active
